PTO Meeting - Sept. 7th

Please join us in the McKinley Library at 7pm for the 1st PTO meeting of the year. As a note, all meetings will be held in person this year. A zoom link will not be provided.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

ASD Human Resources will be attending the Oct. 5th PTO meeting to complete volunteer clearances.

Please put your name under the teacher your child has. We will gathering info from teachers in regards to room parents and let you know. There are usually 1-2 per class and the names will be selected at random.

YOU WILL NEED A BADGE TO BE A ROOM PARENT.

Also to note:

If you are picked for 1 room your name will automatically be taken off for another. Please specify if you want a specific room first.

Book Fair

September 18 - 22

The start of school also means McKinley's annual Scholastic Book Fair! The book fair needs lots of help to be successful. We could use your help for set up, assisting younger grades make their wish lists during library time, fulfill orders, and sales during Back to School Night.

Please note that volunteers need to have their volunteer badge through the district.

Back to School Social

Friday, September 22 from 5:30 - 7:00p

Gather at the Kindergarten playground to meet other parents while your children play. Please note that parents must attend with their children. Pizza, drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase. Please bring chairs and/or blankets.

PTO Dues

If you don't have the time to volunteer please consider becoming a member through dues. Dues start at a suggested donation of $20. The funds go toward recognizing our teachers, supporting activities, and providing fun events for the whole family. Pay PTO dues.
